WHO IS LIFE PURPOSE WORK FOR?
Life Purpose Work is great for people who are:
- Looking for a new direction, whether personally or professionally
- Feeling stuck in their lives
- Feeling unfulfilled, despite their achievements
- Searching for more meaning and creativity in their lives
- Want to feel more connection with others
- Know what they don’t want but don’t know what they do want
- Transitioning into a new phase in life (being released from professional or family responsibilities, for example)
HOW LONG IS EACH LIFE PURPOSE SESSION?
The first session lasts 90 minutes, and follow up sessions last 60 minutes. The first session can be taken as a standalone experience, or you can book in for follow-ups, as needed.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This will depend upon individual circumstances. There are different ways you can work with me:
If you are entering a process of gentle exploration and you want to dip your toe in the water to get some ideas.
You will receive a written summary of the key themes from the session, along with recommendations for further work.
Initial sessions do not usually include breathwork.
If you would like to expand upon the work of the first session by adding in some breathwork to explore important themes more deeply, you can book a set of three sessions.
If you want to take a slower, more meandering journey, once you have had your initial session you can book in for follow-ups as and when you feel you need them.
WHAT WILL THE RESULTS BE?
To some extent this will depend upon the individual, but here are some of the possible outcomes of the sessions
- Increased clarity about what makes life meaningful for you
- Understanding what your values are and how you can apply these to the decisions you make
- Knowing what to stop doing and what to start doing
- Discovering the fullness of yourself and opening up to new possibilities
- Taking tangible steps towards what you want in life
- Beginning new projects or practices
- Working through some of the barriers that arise
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN EACH LIFE PURPOSE SESSION?
The first session is intended to uncover the themes in your life, your likes, your dislikes, to understand where the gaps are and how they might be filled. You will come away from this session with a clearer sense of what matters to you and some areas to explore.
Subsequent sessions will draw upon what has been uncovered, we will use breathwork to release blockages, and identify practical tasks that can be undertaken to help you enrich your life

CAN I CHOOSE HOW WE WORK?
You may feel more drawn towards one technique than another, and we will work together to find the optimum way to work together.
I will never oblige you to use one particular way of working or another. I will always ask for your consent before including breathwork in the session, and you are free to decline if this does not feel right for you.
