BOOKING BREATHWORK SERVICES

Breathwork services are offered as part of Life Purpose Work, Body and Breathwork sessions, and Breathwork massage.

OPTION 1 – Book session-by-session at your own pace

  • Go at your own pace
  • Sign up for the first session and then top up as needed

£60 for all individually booked 60 minute sessions

OPTION 2 – Set of 6 sessions

  • This is the format that I recommend, as committing to a process is usually necessary when going through a period of change
  • We will agree the optimum session spacing during the first session
  • Option to mix and match between coaching, body & breathwork, and breathwork massage

£360 for 6x 60 minute sessions

Receive a £50 discount off the package price when you book for the first session and you commit to the remaining 5 sessions by the end of that session

Sessions take place either online or in-person at Clinic 124, Whitstable, Kent.
